Terms and Conditions



Introduction/General Rules

  • The Online Store available at the address www.reyhangulec.com is run by Reyhan Gulec, owner of the Reyhan Gulec Art business activity.
  • These Terms of Service are intended for all Store Users and provides regulations and guidelines regarding purchasing and navigating the Website.
  • All prices include VAT.


Technical requirements

  • In order to properly browse products and place orders, Users will require: a computer, laptop or other device with Internet access. Internet browser: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, Microsoft Edge with enabled options to save Cookie files and Javascript support.


Placing orders and shipping

  • The ordering process starts when the Customer places the product in the cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. Next the Customer is required to fill the Order Form which includes Name, Surname/Company name and detailed shipping address as well as email address and phone number.
  • In the next step Buyer is redirected to the secure payment page, provided by Klarna, Stripe and Paypal in order to complete the purchase.
  • After the placement of the order the Customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the purchase along with the expected delivery time.
  • The User is obliged to enter data which is true and accurate. The User is also prohibited from entering content which is illegal in nature.
  • All deliveries are carried out by courier service.
  • The delivery costs are presented to the Customer whilst placing an order and may vary depending on the shipping address.


Product Complains

  • If the sold Product has physical defects that has occurred during the transport the Customer has the right to file a complaint. The claim should be provided with a detailed description of the defect along with the date of occurrence and/or discovery of the damage. The claim should also include the preferred manner of its consideration. The complaint should be submitted in electronic form via email to the following address: reyhangulecart@gmail.com.
  • The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days from the date of its submission.
  • The Customer is required to deliver the damaged product, on the following address: 19, rue de I’Industrie, Bertrange, 8069, Luxembourg.
  • In case that the claim is filed in regard to the colours of the Product the Seller reserves the right to reject the complaint as the tint and colour temperature may vary depending on the different display settings.
  • Each Customer is entitled to use extrajudicial methods of settling complaints and asserting claims.
  • The Customer is required to cover any additional custom fees require in his/her country. 


The right of the withdrawal

  • The Customer has a right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of purchase with cause. Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process.
  • In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
  • The Buyer is obliged to submit the declaration of withdrawal via email to the following addres: reyhangulecart@gmail.com explaining the cause in detail. Additionally, The Customer shall return the Product to the Seller no later than 14 days from the withdrawal date at the following address: 19, rue de I’Industrie, Bertrange, 8069,Luxembourg.
  • The Seller must refund all payments issued by the Buyer, including the shipment costs. The refund shall be completed within 14 days from the withdrawal date and will be carried out using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer has clearly agreed to a different refund method which is not associated with any additional cost to the Buyer.
  • The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the Product is duly delivered without damage.


Final Provisions

  • Those Regulations enter into force on the date its publication on the Store Website.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change Terms of Service at any time. All the changes shall be published on the Store Website.
  • All issues which are not provided for in those Regulations shall be determined by the provisions of the Civil Code.
